Welcome to HealtherSpace Healthtech! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

• HealtherSpace provides digital fitness and wellness services exclusively online.

• By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Digital Services

• All fitness sessions, diet plans, and consultations are delivered online via Zoom or other digital platforms.

• Programs are non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled participant.

• HealtherSpace does not guarantee specific results as fitness progress varies by individual.

3. Returns & Refunds

• As all services are digital, returns and refunds are not entertained.

• Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances, such as technical issues from our side preventing access to the service.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Payment & Subscription

• All payments must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods.

• Subscriptions or plans cannot be paused, transferred, or extended unless specified in the program terms.

• Any unauthorized sharing of access credentials may result in termination of services.

5. Code of Conduct

• Clients must adhere to respectful behavior during live sessions. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may lead to account suspension.

• Trainers and staff are not responsible for personal medical conditions or injuries that occur during workouts. Clients should consult a doctor before starting any fitness program.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information as per our Privacy Policy.

• Client information is never shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Course Pause Policy

• Clients enrolled in 75-day or 150-day plans can pause their course as per our Course Pause Policy.

• Total pause days cannot exceed the course duration, and clients must resume within 30 days after the pause period ends to avoid expiration.

8. Limitation of Liability

• HealtherSpace and its team are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or losses incurred due to participation in our programs.

• Users assume full responsibility for their health and safety while following our fitness routines.
